CLAIR Institute adopts Gender Equality Plan (2025–2030)
The CLAIR Institute is pleased to announce the adoption of its Gender Equality Plan (GEP) 2025–2030, reaffirming the Institute's commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of its research, innovation and institutional activities.
The Gender Equality Plan establishes a strategic framework for fostering an inclusive and respectful working environment while ensuring equal opportunities in recruitment, career development, leadership, research and professional training. It also strengthens the Institute's commitment to preventing discrimination, promoting work-life balance and integrating gender considerations into research whenever relevant.
The adoption of the GEP represents an important milestone in strengthening the Institute's institutional governance and aligns CLAIR Institute with the principles and eligibility requirements of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme.
The Plan will guide institutional activities during the period 2025–2030 and will be reviewed regularly to monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement.
